Société Maghrébine de Monétique (S2M), an IT company based in Morocco with 35+ years of experience and providing Electronic Payment solutions, Smart Card applications, e-Commerce solutions, Payment Personalization solution etc. to its clients in more than 46 countries, is looking for a few dynamic professionals to expand its business in Nepal. S2M works with its local partner Octacore Solutions Pvt. Ltd., to provide its services to Nepalese banks and financial institutes.
Position: Support Engineer – Electronic Payment Solutions
As a Support Engineer, your mission is to resolve incidents and maintain the solutions installed at the customer sites as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will provide first line of support to the client and where necessary escalate the calls to IM Senior. You will liaise and assist the client in the implementation of correction, update the knowledge base and close the incident.
- B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Software development and functional management of projects
- Knowledge of the following technical environments:
- C / C ++
- Having knowledge of Oracle Forms / Reports and PL / SQL would be an advantage
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Language practice and design and development tools
- Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transaction (EFT) Switch & Card Industry would be an advantage.B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Aggressive but pleasant attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Driving license is essential.
Company will organize training to cover knowledge of products and services, as well as provide on-site training.
